About me

My name is Jeroen Boschma, born in 1967, and I live in the Netherlands. I was infected by the electronics virus when I was still very young. It turned out that my father also played with electronics in the 1940s, and he still had some books, magazines and electronics parts. Now you can imagine the tubes on this site, they were the first electronics I dealt with.

After my study in electrical engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology I started working at TNO, as they translate it themselves 'the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research'. TNO consists of several institutes, currently I work at TNO ICT (Information and Communications Technology) in Delft. Most of my work is in the field of signal-theory and various algorithms. I also do a lot of work with CATV networks and, for example, developed the UTOPIC software for calculating intermodulation in CATV networks (you can Google that: 'UTOPIC TNO').

If you want to contact me with questions about my projects: jeroen [at] boschma [dot] com

Don't expect me to answer within a few days, I do not check the mail that often. And I still rather spend my few spare hours on my projects than on answering various mail :-)
